Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there is a high volume of orders and/or products been sold out when time of order they're may be a longer processing time the prompted.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping pricing: Our shipping prices varies from $8.00 - $19.90 pricing is based off of items weight and distance being shipped. Will automatically be applied at check out.
Free shipping: Any order over $125.00 qaulifys for free shipping!Â
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.00 within 15 mile radius of Thurmont MD (21788). For orders under $50.00, we charge $10.00 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 7am-10pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ty.lenhart52@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We DO NOT accept returns all sales are final! You can how ever cancel an order to receive the refund before the product is shipped. Only a few exceptions to returns which they are if the product is delivered damaged and/or the wrong product was delivered. Please feel free to email ty.lenhart52@gmail.com if you think you qaulify for a return and/or full refund. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ty.lenhart52@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
